Global Shipping We welcome our international customers and do everything in our power to get your packages to you as quickly as possible. However, if the mail service in your country is unreliable, we strongly suggest using the global priority shipping option for your order. This option provides tracking capabilities as well as insurance and expedited transit times. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to issues experienced by any foreign postal service. Air mail packages do not provide tracking capabilities, and we do not refund orders on claims of lost air mail packages. When in doubt, select Global Express.
Rush Shipping: Expedited delivery services are available through FedEx for U.S. orders, and Global Express Mail (EMS) for International orders, for additional fees. (Rates and delivery times vary, and are specified within the shopping cart page at time of purchase. Rush shipping services are not included in our free shipping offer.
Dispatch Schedule Orders are shipped 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Orders are generally shipped out the next business day from the date of the order. ie; orders received on Monday, will generally ship out on Tuesday, etc.. Note* As we do not ship on Saturdays, all orders received on Fridays will ship out the following Monday. If your order will not ship on the normal schedule, you will receive an email notifying you of any delays.
Note To FedEx Customers: Federal Express does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders for 2nd day delivery service processed for shipping on Thursdays or Fridays WILL NOT ARRIVE until the following Monday. The same applies to Next Day / Overnight services processed for shipment on Fridays or Saturdays. Refunds will not be given for FedEx shipping services that are delayed do to weekends and holidays.
