We will gladly accept the return of any item that you are not 100% satisfied
with, within 30 days of your purchase. (any tags, labels and hygienic liners must be
in tact, and the item must accompany the original packaging and received in new
condition.) We do not accept returns of items that have clearly been worn, soiled,
damaged or deemed "used" by the customer. By removing tags and or the
hygienic liner, the item will also be considered used, and the return option is considered
void and the sale final. All items kept more than 30 days are considered accepted by
the customer. Items returned that do not meet our return policy guidelines will be
returned to the customer, and no credit will be issued. You must have a return
authorization number prior to sending your return.
