1. Request a Return Authorization Number

2. You will receive complete return instructions, shipping information & your authorization number via email within 24 hours.

3. Print the authorization form and include it with your returned merchandise.  Once received, your return will be processed within 7 business days.  *Product exchanges may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Note* You must have a return authorization number prior to returning your merchandise.

Return Policy & Guidelines:  Any attached hang tags, labels and hygienic liners must still be in tact, and the item must be returned in new condition.  We do not accept returns of items that have clearly been worn, soiled, damaged or deemed "used" by the customer.  Removing tags, labels and or the hygienic liner will qualify the item as "used", and the return option is considered void and the sale final.  All items kept more than 30 days are considered accepted by the customer.  Orders that received free shipping that are returned for credit will have the standard shipping amount of $6 deducted from the refund total.  Items returned that do not meet our return policy guidelines will be returned to the customer, and no credit will be issued.
