Any orders for 2nd day delivery service processed for shipping on Thursdays or
Fridays WILL NOT ARRIVE until the following Monday. The same applies to Next Day
services purchased on Fridays or Saturdays. Refunds will not be given for FedEx
shipping services that are delayed do to weekends and holidays. Electronic Receipts: To ensure
our customers information remains confidential, we do not include receipts and or invoice
copies within the packages we ship. All customers will receive an electronic receipt
via email as soon as their order is processed. This method helps to ensure that no
vital or personal information will be at risk in the event that a package is lost or
stolen in transit. Your privacy is our main concern.
Private Packaging Services:
Wish to make confidential purchase? You can rest assured that your package
will only be labeled with your shipping information, and a discreet return address
identified only as D.C.S. There is no website information, content information, or
company information listed anywhere on our packaging.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed as they arrive, and are shipped out on the next business day,
typically within 24 hours of receiving approval from your credit card transaction, which
means your merchandise will get to you faster. (Saturday and Sunday orders are
shipped the following Monday morning.)

orders are shipped via Air Mail. Expedited delivery is available through FedEx (U.S.

Note To Customers: We
often receive notes attached to orders with regards to special delivery instructions for
your packages. These instructions need to be given directly to your postal delivery
person. Since we do not personally deliver the packages ourselves, we cannot
instruct the postal workers around the globe to "leave in mailbox" or
"leave in back if no one home" or "do not leave by door".
Although we do take every precaution possible to ensure your package arrives safely, we
are not responsible for packages stolen or missing from your location once it has been
